The following are guidelines for resolving disputes between SRX and its customers. In case of any misunderstanding or issues while working with SRX, we have prepared the following suggested guidance:

1. Purpose and Scope
The purpose of these dispute resolution terms is to clarify the methods for resolving any disputes or disagreements arising between SRX and its customers during the execution of this contract, ensuring that both parties' rights are treated fairly and reasonably. These terms apply to all disputes related to the interpretation, performance, termination, and other related matters under this contract.

2. Amicable Negotiation
Both parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes arising from this contract through amicable negotiation. Negotiations should be conducted in good faith with the aim of reaching a mutually acceptable solution. During negotiations, both parties shall continue to perform all other obligations under this contract, except for those directly related to the dispute.

3. Mediation
If negotiations fail, both parties may agree to submit the dispute to a qualified third-party mediation organization for mediation. The mediation results are not binding on either party, but both parties should respect and consider the mediation recommendations. During the mediation process, both parties shall provide truthful and complete information and evidence, actively cooperating with the mediation organization.

4. Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation, and if the contract explicitly contains an arbitration clause, the dispute shall be submitted to the agreed arbitration institution for arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules of that institution, and the arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. Arbitration Location: Shenzhen District Court

5. Litigation
If the contract does not include an arbitration clause, or if the arbitration clause is invalid, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the People's Court in the company's location or where the contract is performed for resolution through litigation. Litigation procedures shall be conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and the litigation outcome shall be binding on both parties.

6. Obligations During Dispute Resolution
During the dispute resolution process, both parties shall continue to perform all other obligations under this contract, except for those directly related to the dispute. The performance or termination of the contract shall not be suspended or terminated due to the dispute resolution process.

7. Confidentiality
During the dispute resolution process, both parties shall strictly maintain the confidentiality of any business secrets, technical information, customer information, and other confidential information involved. Without written consent from the other party, such information shall not be disclosed to any third party.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution Location
The formulation, interpretation, execution, and resolution of disputes under these dispute resolution terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If arbitration is chosen as the method of dispute resolution, the arbitration location shall be Shenzhen District Court.

9. Miscellaneous
These dispute resolution terms are an integral part of this contract and have the same legal effect as other terms of the SRX contract. Any matters not covered in these terms may be resolved through additional negotiation between the parties.
